BAPI_BUS2054_CREATE_MULTI : Error for Grouping WBS Element

Hi Friends,

I am using BAPI for creating WBS element. This BAPI is working fine other than field PRPS-GRPKZ.

It gives me error message "Object WBS Element C.15396.A.0000 could not be created. Field/: changing the contents of the field is not permitted."

I have checked in the TCODE OPUK and the field is Input allowed.My BAPI works fine for all other fields except Grouping WBS Element (PRPS-GRPKZ).

Please let me know if anybody came across this Issue or similar issue earlier .

Hi Sachin,

May I know where exactly you are getting this error message? I mean at which line i.e. is it coming out in the BAPI message? or it occurs when bapi commit is done. Any idea?
