BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE

Hi,

I am testing this BAPI in se37 and i have passed

notification type: M1

notification header: Equipment and short text

notification item : item key:0001, sort no:0001, description: test notif,

d_codegroup: problems, d_code: 0002

dl_codegroup: XX, dl_code: 16

in the return table i get a msg saying 'No entries exist for the selection criteria problems,0002

Do i need to fill anything more ?

Are you sure that the values that you are passing to the BAPI are correct? Have you check them in the DB tables?

They should be good because after creating a notification in IW21 with the same test data i starting creating a notification in SE37 via the BAPI. So, the values should be good. Any idea what could be the reason?

Not really...seems to be ok...Have you debug the BAPI? I have never use it, so I can't help more than this...sorry -:(
