BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST tax caluculation issue

Hi Team,

we are having issue with BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST while posting  taxes are not getting caluculated  properly for GL level,

as of  now we are Using BAPI  tables AccountingGL , Account tax , Cuurency  amount tables to pass the corresponding data ..

as we are using third paty sytem for tax caluculations in code using CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_NET_AMOUNT/CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_GROSSAMOUNT

FM's to get the corresponding taxes and passing to BAPI but in the created document Taxes are not getting caluculated properly ..

for some of the tax lines BASE Amount is coming wrong and in some tax is not getting caluculated ..

we have tried in different ways and reffred few previous threads as well,, could you plese through some light on tax caluculation part.

please feel free to let me know if any additional information required to answer.
