BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST not validating while saving PO

Dear All,

I am using BADI "ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST" for validating Plant with the business area in creation of PO (ME21N) and it's working fine at row level but the same time if save the data it's not validaing and save data with wrong one. pls suggest asap.

ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST badi have couple of methods check each and every method it should trigger.
