BAdI class object and filter value are duplicated

I found a BAdI code like this:

mo_cut itself was the BAdI implement class object, and filter value was also specified.

Looks like this is a duplicate work. What if the filter value was a value other than the correct one?

It's just a local test class. Ask SAP people! 😉

(what is to happen should be indicated in the "THEN" code, right after the "WHEN" code)
