Hello,
Try increasing the line-size addition in the report statement of the program and check
report ztest line-size 1023.

Hi,
Set your output format to max number of columns. Also try to reduce your number of columns (255 columns ) by avoiding unnecessary columns.
After this, if it does not come proper, you have to take this o/p into excel and you have to do a little bit adjustment by moving your excess column upward.

In teh vairant there will be an option to choose the columns for display.

Hi,
Try the tcode SP01.Even if this tcode is not of much help then try displaying the ZREPORT output as a pop-up in an excel sheet. This might help your cause.
