Background job

Hi Experts

I created a variant and scheduled in the background job for a particular program. but its not working, what could be the reason.

Help me on this.

HI

check the status of that job

Go to sm37 and fill the Program Name ,User Name, and the Dates in which the job was schedulled.

Then you get a list of jobs that were schedulled in background .

Click on your job that was scheduled by you and click on the push button joblog that was there on the application tool bar .

you can find the detailed description of the job that you have run in back ground.

if its staus is E then it had occured some errors

you can know status there

Can you elaborate on <b>its not working,</b> . What is the output that you are getting? Did you check it in SM37?
