Background image in module-pool

hi all,

i have a requirement in which i have to display a background image with all the ui elemets on it in module pool.

i am able to upload an image via custom control but not able to put ui elements over it.

please provide help regarding the same <removed by moderator>

But the problem is not solved yet, this part i have done i am able to show picture on the screen,but the main problem is i have to insert input/output fields, buttons etc on the image, the image should be the background like watermark.
