auto populate SO name

Hi

I have a Z table & its TMG which has SO and SO name as fields...when SO is entered in the TMG T-code screen, SO name should populate when enter pressed. Is this through TMG events or through writing logic in the custom TMG screen PAI.

What is "SO" and "SO name" and "TMG T-code screen"? Could you possibly be less cryptic? On what basis would this be "auto-populated"?

Please try to explain more clearly what exactly is the challenge.
