Can anyone guide me.

On production system

1. when is go to "SU01" and chech data for user1,I can see that the activity gr. "WMS_STAFF" is

assigned to user1.

2. In the menu of activity group i can see the T'code "Ztcode"

But the user is unable to access this tcode how do I proceed so that the user gets authorization to that tcode.

Check the tcode SU53 after trying to access tcode and then you will come to know the necessary roles to add user profile. You can get help from Basis.

When u run any report at that time u find authorization error u use t.code /nsu53
