Authorization Object problem

Hi Friends,

In my scenario i want to validate my plant(werks) against SAP ID(login id)..want to check whether this userid has authorization to view this plant...how i have to do this...help me out...

try this if it works..

or else..

goto SUIM, expand authorization objects.. then choose by fields.. then give field as WERKS .. execute.. choose which one u need

you can create an authorisation object using SU21 with plant and user id fields and use Authority check object statement using the auth object you created and add the object in the role

You could check for the list of authorization objects by field name WERKS and determine what would suit best.
