Can anyone tell me how to use authoriztion object in SE54?

I am using a custom tcode for table maintenance generator for a custom table and I want to put certain checks while maintaining the table.

Can anyone tell me the right way to do it?

I have created a table maintenance generator and want to grey out ceratin fields or dsable input for certain fields. How can I acheive this?

you should write a code at EVENT of this table maintainnace generator..

Follow the path :

click on Environment -> Modification -> Events

but i want to know under what event and what kind of code has to be written for putting checks...

Hi. You can use authorization group also.

SE54-Generic object-Field "Authority group".

This group checked by authority object S_TABU_DIS which should be included into user authoruty profile.
