authorization issue

hi all

as am new to BASIS, am restricted not use some of the BASIS tcodes,

but i wish to use some of those atleast in quality server..

my user id being attached to role, which it have all those restriction..

whether its there any way to come out this issue... any possible for me to use that tcode in some other way...

for eg.

am not authorized to create new role in QUA svr...

but i need to create..... any possible ways..

Dear Prasanna,

No,not possible.When you don't have the authorization to create/change then how you are able to create /change some role/... Once your user id get the authorization then only its possible.

Quality server is as impotant as Production server.i suggest, if you have a IDES system then first you can test your things in that system.Thats a good practice instead you test your things in quality server.

I wouldn't both too much about how Prasanna did it, but more about how to keep Prasanna out of your network so that your systems don't become messed up...

Well, you don't have authorization to make changes in quality and production system, you are asking very basic questions (several of which are rejected because you did it often enough to be included in a repeat offender list for moderators to watch) and obviously don't have a clue what you are doing, and now you are looking for a "hack" here to go around the system controls although you are advised against it and not authorized for it.

Go figure for yourself whether someone wants you administrating a SAP system they value, or not?

my aim is to learn only... k ,no way of "hack" process - as u mentioned...

in addition to that am just started to learn BASIS.. so i can ask question only in very basic level....

If you use proper English, then I think we are on the same codepage here.

For very basic questions, please use help.sap.com and search the forums here before asking them. You can be sure they have been asked before and there will be some usefull documentation already existing.

If you are still stuck, then explain where you have doubts in a more detailed question.

Dear Prasanna,

This is not possible to you any work until and unless you are not authorised to do that even it is production, quality server or development server.

You should check the authorisation in development server if you have and try there.

Otherwise you can ask for the authorisation to your user administrator with the valid reason.
