Hi all,

I have configured CUA making SOLUTION MANAGER as my central system and ECC 6.0 as my child system..

I am able to create users for my child system in SOL MAN giving profiles SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW but when i logged in my ECC 6.0 Server and execute any transaction, i m receiving UNAUTHORIZED access error...

Could you please tell me whether authorizations will be reflected to the user once given in Central System (SOL MAN in my case..)

Even in USER DISTRIBUTION FIELD SELECTIOn (Transaction:SCUM) i checked with the PROFILES option making GLOBAL and LOCAL but it didnt solve my problem...

Could any provide me a hint!!!!!!!

Thanks & Regards,

Subbu

Did you check Tcode SCUL to see whether the assignment has been successfully distributed to the child system. If not please check there.

If it shows that the assignment has not happened properly then you can distribute the assignment again.

Please follow this link for further info on SCUL :

Hope this Helps..

Partha.

Hi,

Make sure the hooking of child system to the CUA is properly done. If you are still facing the problem then please follow some of the CUA troubleshooting listed below.

1. Run SCUL and check wthr the distribution is properly done without errors.

2. Perfform text comparison fron the SU01 tab of the user from CUA system

3. Run transaction SCUG and transfer the users to child if this is not done.

4. Also make sure in the transaction SCUM you have set up the global fields for roles, profiles, user groups.

5. Run the transaction SCUA and check the RFC status for each and every child system and also text comparison.

Let me know if the issue still persists.
