What error it gives can you post the screenshot of the same.Also check on SU53 for the same or trace what auth error it throws if any.

Hi,
Check for the authorization object being called for FMBB and get the activity for delete option.Check if you have the authorization for the required activity

Did you mean authorizations for generic object services (GOS)? (delete attachment created via GOS)
If yes, SAP Note 491271 might be useful!!

Hi Kondala,
You can check with some of your collegue who has this delete option active, and run the trace on his id. As he clicks the delete option , switch off the trace and check which auth. object checked for that. And then see the role in your list with that authorisation.

following option is not getting highlighted even though the user is having full access. How to highlighted this option any specific auth obj that controls the option. The txt is FMBB

I don't think this is an authorization issue. I think that the budget entry is posted and therefore cannot be deleted, if you can undo the posted budget entry, then you will be able to delete it.
In the Document Overview window, click on a preposted document to select it. Click on Document on the Menu Bar and then choose Undo. An undone document cannot be recalled. Instead, a new one must be created.
