Attach a document to a specific infotype

Hi,

I know it is possible to attach a document to an employee in PA30, but is there a method of attaching a doc to a specific custom infotype?

I.e. I have bespoke infotype 9001 which I want to attach docs to and these should only be viewable when going into this infotype and not the initial PA30 screen.
