ASCII Code to SAP

Dear Friends,

I have a requirement to fetch data from Non SAP System where the data is in the form of ASCII Code.

Here the Procedure is,

The Non SAP System is installed with Weigh Bridge Software where the weights are weighed and saved in the form of file which is ASCII format.

So,

Now I need to Get that file into SAP System and save the details in the file into SAP Table into Respective Fields.

Can any one Suggest the Step-By-Step Procedure to Link between the two Systems OR Any Solution in Steps.
