ARFCSDATA Table Contents Deletion

Hello,

The number of entries in ARFCSDATA have gone up by large amount, I have seen an SAP Document which states that these entries can be deleted using SMQ1, but how do I decide which data can be deleted among these entries... I mean what are the kind of QRFC's which can be deleted...

Can you please help me
