kindly suggest me how to use the t-code-SARA.wt are the things we have to follow during it's use.

You need to have a archive object, this can be a standard object for ex. SD_COND for archiving pricing condition records. You can also have a custom archiving object wherein you can define your own set of tables to archive. Archive objects are defined via transaction AOBJ.

In SARA, you use the delete option for deleting obsolete master data, here yo need to give archive, start time and spool for the delete job. Also you can schedule a write job.
