Archiving issue in Smartform

Hi Gurus,

We got a strange requirement from our client.

We are archiving our smartform in 1 of our y tcode i.e. YCOEBR and after archiving is done smartform will get stored there as an attachment in one of the file named as 'FILE1'. Client wants to change the name of a file as 'COA'.

We are using FM ''ARCHIV_CREATE_OUTGOINGDOCUMENT' for the same.

Any solution how to change the file name?

Hi,

I got the requirement, but some information I require. You said, Y tcode, so how you are using the the FM in the customized program?

Further, you want to change the file names of all the files that are going as attachment or only few files that has several conditions?
