Hi

From which tables are you fetching data for the report?

Once archiving is done the data will be removed from the tables and kept in Archive files.

So are you fetching data from Archive files?

It will not display the archive data if you wants to display from the database tables.

You can access the archived data for the archiving object you're looking for in transaction SARE.

check transaction SARI -> Archive Explorer. This gives all the archived data for a particular object

Use TA: VF07 to display the archived billing data.

Dear Experts,

I am using VF07 to view the Archived Billing Documents but it display the wrong billing documents. For e.g. I want to view 9000000 but VF07 display 8000000. I am on 4.6C.

Please advise.
