Archived Billing Document

I have a requirement wherein i have to trigger a output of an archived billing document.

how to do it ???

u have to get the archieved billing document from tables and then need to triggere the output type.

i exactly dont remeber as i worked long ago..there is a transaction from where u can look the archieved documents and use them...Take help of functional guys who can help u in this regard.

can u explain me as to how to trigger the o/p if i get billing document number.

we have 3 output types defined.

You can use FM FI_DOCUMENT_READ_SINGLE to retrieve archived documents.

the o/p will be attached to the document type. So, when u list the document, u have to specify the required o/p due to which the attached script for this gets triggered.
