Hi Gaurav,
Please refer SAP Note 1822639.
Run the Report RSTXPDF3 and activate the option USE_CASCADING.
Run the Report RSTXPDF2UC, select the radio button 'Change settings' and click on execute.
Then you will get a pop up as below:
Activate usage of font directory by the PDF converter?
Click on yes.
This will solve your problem

Hi Gaurav,
Earlier I was face this kind of problem and after that I was used below steps.
Please check your system setting for PDF.
1. Add True Type font family for Arabic conversion
using RSTXPDF2 program and add ZCOUR_I6 SAP font and used in Arabic smart form for PDF conversion.
2. Need some manual note activation for ARABIC Text
in program RSTXPDF3? Use Unicode in Encoding of Arabic characters.
3.Need SCOT setting for PDF conversion in AR
language layout.
Transaction: SCOT.
Settings->Device Type for Format Conversion
Set PDF Details with device
type ‘ARSWIN’ in AR language.
Please check above step in your system for both layout (EN and AR language) in PDF system.
