Applying note 159352....

Hi,

I am being asked t apply OSS Note # 159352. I don't know how to apply OSS note as I have never got an opportunity to do so. Can someone please help me here ?

Go to transaction SNOTE --> from menu GoTo --> Download sap note --> put your note number --> execute --> it will download the note. It will show up under SAP note --> New on the screen. From there you can apply this note. If its not valid for your system it will show as obsolete else gonna show as Can be Implemented.

You can follow below steps to apply oss note :

goto SNOTE Transaction -> Click on SAP Note download button (CTRL+F8)

->enter Oss Note number -> execute -> here you get pop up window to create transport request.

Becareful when you apply oss note

If you dont have authorizations to SNOTE and you want to manually appply the note.. then first go to Service.sap.com and open your note.. in the note you will see the correction instructions for the respecitive objects.. get the access key for that object and do the changes that are suggested in the note manually.
