I have been asked to write a approach document to apply hotpacks to SAP 4.7 version. Where hotpacks have not been applied for the last 2 years. Can any one send me the steps required to hot packs and information required to estimate the effort

We are currently at hotpack level SAPKB62057 for basis and Cross-Application component and SAPKH47022 for SAP_APPL. We want to apply all hotpacks till date in SAP 4.7. Though it is a basis team work.
I am responsible to estimate the total effort and also some testing effort will be involved after applying hotpacks and if required abap effort to fix any generation failure objects. So I want to know if any methodology or approach document is there.
Thanking you for your quick response

Hi Chandra ,
are u frm TCS ? , coming to ur issue , right now i thiink u wull get SP level 27/28 , from 22-27 there is lots of changes in standard SAP like Ecess , SEcess and 2 yeards Budget changes , coming to ABAP role, if u have done any changes in standard SAP applications then ABAPer is required to fix it.Apart from this no need of ABAPer.
let me know if you have any issue or any doubtts. I cannt estimate ABAP efforts it depends upon ur System settings/changes.
