Application tool bar display

Hi All,

I am facing a problem in APplication Toolbar.....

like i hav a selection screen....after execution it gives me an ALV disply..and i hav also added a pushbutton on it....

as we hit Back button ....it goes to selection screen .....till here it is fine...but again if we execute ...

all the icons in application bar in report screen replaces with the text of the icon...

like for refresh button it shows REFRESH, for sort it shows SORT BY AScending like that....

its not the case with my report only ....

when i goto se38 and enter any program and disply or execute ....and then hit back button...

it does the same over here also........execute button replaced by EXECUTE like that...

i know that it is some user setting or config issue..plz suggest me..

Can you be more specific about your application tool bar and the PF-STATUS config, so that it can be evaluated.

hi i hav copied the standrd screen STANDARD_FULLSCREEN......

but this problem is not specific to my report...

it is happening with se38 as well....

hi,

As per your posts what i understood is , for the first time when you assign ICONS to your button they remain for the first execution, where as when you come back and re-execute you don't find the ICONS on the buttons any more is it so..??

u r almost thr...

whn hit back the icons are replaced by the text of the icon.....

it is working fine in dev server but problem is with prod server....

hi,

Goto the PF-STATUS , in the application toolbar, just check whether the items have been specified for the elements of function keys, because thats the location where we assign the ICON text and ICON for a button.

Check when you are executing the program in the prod server.

Hi Sharath,

i know that, its assign at SE41....

its happening with se38 tcode as well.....in se38 no icons is displaying in application toolbar....only the pushbuttons with the text of the icons.....

there must be some user setting for that.....thats wt i guess....
