BAPI_FTR_CONDITION_CHANGE  
BAPI_FTR_CONDITION_CREATE  
BAPI_FTR_CONDITION_DELETE  
BAPI_FTR_CONDITION_GETLIST

Thanks for the Reply.looks like BAPI_FTR* functions are finance based. These pricing conditions will be maintained as part of master data in Custom Material Master.

We have custom condition tables such as A9* tables for storing Rates. My Input will be SAP Material No, Condition type and condition valid date to findout condition records and rates.

I am not sure about the function module but can you use program RV14BTCI for the purpose? You can use it through LSMW. Object 0070, method 0000.
