In my ALV i want to filter column .

when i click on filter key in alv report its not working.

but when i put * in it its working .

user dont want to put * in it . is any other method in ALV to fileter coloumn

without using ( matnr ) key

maybe you have a problem with the field exit.

inside sap MATNR is 18 char.

so if you want 7* maybe you have to set the 0000...007*

it's not linked to the ALV, but to the field.
