You can Add the text in the footer of the ALV.

You can use END_OF_LIST , But that only appears in the Preview incase of Grid Function.

But In case of List Function it will appear .

So in your case if you are using the List Function then it will appear in the Output.

U can use END_OF_LIST event in ALV reports ,
