Hi Experts,

BRP 900 - User is getting an error: Customer doesn't recognized by the system - Tcode: ZFI_PROC_REC

Company# is 2203

Customer# is 46683

when he click on the customer code he gets an error: doesn't recognize customer

ABAP Runtime error.

So how to find that error?pls explain step by step.

Hi,

I hope on clicking the customer code it should display the customer transaction or some other details of the customer .

First can u check out their is any customer avaliable for the given number number below in the table KNA1.If yes check out if u have to pass the zero's before the customer number to get the valid customer details in the transaction.
