ALV printing

I have a ABAP program which generate a ALV report. i want to print out the ALV report, so i use the print function. but some of column too large. the print out cannot display all column, then i adjust the column in ALV report and print again, the column width still no change, how can i print the ALV report is based on the ALV column width. Thanks!

Hi,

Set the <b>fieldcatalog-outputlen</b> to the required lengh and check.

the outputlen only affect the display result. Actually, i want the print out result no column optimize effect. Thanks!

Have u specified<b> optimize_colwidth = 'X</b>'
