ALV GRID heading display problem

In the ALV grid display, can anyone help me to display the heading of a particular column in the below mentioned format.

Now it is appearing as " Completed Status" in one line.

It should appear as given below-

"Completed" - first line

"Status " -second line

In oops ALV it is not possible

you can check all SE38 RSDEMO* or BCALV*

It is not possible in ALV i guess.
