ALV grid control edit cells

Hello Friends;

I am using fm REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY to display an internal table. I have marked a column as editable but for some cells under this column i want to turn off edit function (ie. according to existence of data in the database; if data exists for corresponding keys i will turn off edit vice versa). Is it possible to use the edit funciton on cell basis?
