Alv export to excel

i have an error when i export an alv to excel using either export->local file or spreadsheet, the error that i have is that i have for example 3 columns like this.

Column type name

1 string column1

2 date column2

3 string column3

in the alv it displays in the correct order (1,2,3) but when i export to excel the file displays ALWAYS all the date columns to the end, in this case (1,3,2), i'm using 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY'

Hi Sergio,

Can you plz check the column nos in your code, the ones that you pass to Field catalogue. It may be bcoz of that.

Keep that column nos as COL_NO = COL_NO + 1.

Just let me know.This issue looks tricky.

Always the string/char column comes first if you have multi data type columns.

Hi,

Are you using office 2007 ? there is some problem with SAP and office 2007 communication, I do not know what exactly the problem is but I also faced some strange problems with excel.

If you are not using office 2007 then just check with fieldcatalog order and set the column posistions if not added.
