hi,
Check for the following.
Was the RFC destination maintained through TCODE SM59.
Were the logical systems created and assigned. ??
And also check for the inbound settings too.

Hi,
First of all generate the partner profile in BD64 by following path.
Environment ->Generate Partner Profiles.
Thanks,

Hi,
Either configure all partner profiles in WE20 and then the distribution model in BD64 and distribute the model view or, set up the distribution model with the required message types along with SYNCH message type and generate partner profiles from BD64.

Hi,
Check your Outbound and inbound patner profile are set up correctly or not. Check in distribution model Sender system, receiver system and message type has been maintained correctly.
Thanks,
Asit Purbey.
