ALE/IDOC Doubt

hi,

When i send material from Sender thruTCODE BD10 to receiver system,the materials directly getstransfered to Receiver system.So what is need of BD11 if it is getting transfered without it?Moreover,if i runBD11 in receiver system one error comes in IDOC when viewed in WE02 saying "Could not determine recipients for message type MATFET".What is this all about?

Hi,

Have you created the entry for this idoc message type MATFET (outbound) in WE20 for Partner Profile.

If not, please create that.

Hi gaurav,

BD10 is used to send the material to the ale layer.

Then using bd11 in the receiving system u have to receive that material.

BD10 will not transfer the material to the receiving system directly.

Regarding ur error it might be some problem in ur customizing of the things.
