ADT shortkey CTRL+Space do not work?

Because I find some shortkeys do not work. so I have changed shortkey commet(CTRL+<,CTRL+>), but i cann't find how to change shortkey about auto insert Template( CTRL+Space)?

I fix this problem.set default language---english and restart pc ,done!
