ADT Code Completion Black List?

Hi,

I didn't find anything for this topic (neither in SCN nor directly in den Eclipse settings), therefore I hope somebody here can help me out.

I would like to know if it is possible to maintain a Black-List for the ABAP Code-Completion function in Eclipse.

Background are obsolete Key-Words like "FIELD-GROUPS", which for example is always suggested, when I want to write "FIELD-SYMBOLS".

It's not a big deal, but due to the fact that it is anyway obsolete (and therefore I will probably never have the need to use it), I hoped that I could remove it from the code-completion suggestions.

I would also appreciate this feature... Anyone with information around? Just being able to "disable obsolete key-words" would be a great start.

Hi Amadeus,

your requirement is reasonable but currently no solution for that is implemented.

I also sometimes stumble across this.

We will se what we can do to improve the quality of those proposals in the future.

The best would be to filter out useless proposals without you guys having to configure anything...

thank you for clarifying!

I hoped that there already would be some sort of setting, but I just didn't find it...

But at least I'm not the only one who seems to be bothered by this, so I will wait for future changes in the ADT and hope for the best
