Two things to note:
1- if you try a proper subject for your questions, people will be more aware of your "problem" and maybe they will read your post entirely. I was about to ignore you because "ADOBE FORMS" (all in caps, like a nice shout must be) just pis**d me. Google for "ask questions the smart way" and show a bit of effort when asking for help. It will be appreciated and you will get more help, trust me
2- Adobe Forms (see? just using caps for the first letter) can be translated. Create the form in the main system's language (English, Hindi, French, whichever), and then translate it to the other used languages. You don't need the burden of needing to maintain two or more forms for the same thing, trust me (again).
Good luck

PDF only supports a few "universal" fonts. If you use other fonts, you must load them into the PDF so that the characters can be rendered. These fonts must be loaded in the ADS server.
For more information, see note 1489570 - Set font mapping for PDF forms, or search:

Oh... I did'nt think about the non-occidental writing for Hindi, just thought it was a "company image" font... nice catch, Sandra 🙂
