Adding text to infotype through program

I am updating a custom infotype using the FM HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION in a program. After updating the fields, I am required to update the text for the infotype record which is manually done through edit->maintain text. Can someone please let me know how can I update this text through my program? Kindly pass on any sample code as well.

Hi,

i my view write small BDC to do that. after your update program.

Guys this is a PA cutom infotype.
