hi,
We have customized SAP Menu under which we have created a folder we used to keep some reports into it. I have developed a report and assigned that report SAP area menu using SE43N. For customized menu we named as ZABC. It asked transport when i am adding a report to menu. I have assigned it. That transport is not moved to QAS. When I tried to add other report to SAP Menu->Reports, it is prompting for that previous transport request, it will assign another task.
Should I have to wait till this transport moved to QAS. Or I made any mistake while assigning the report or definately I have to wait that trsnaport move to QAS. and etc.
Please help me out.
Thanks,
Sri.

just goto se10 transaction and delete object under sub request .
reassign the request from se43 transaction and transport it.

Me too gone to such problem.
I ll suggest better wait for the transport to QAS, and although its not made, create a new task and transport it again.
It ll work. ( For me atleast)

You just assign under the same request and both can be moved together. if you don't want it; create a new transport request by clicking new in the popup window.

Hi Sri,
The new report will be assigned to the same request unless and until it is not moved to the QAS or the transport is not deleted.
Now you are left with three decisions.
1 Release transport
2 delete transport
3 Assign object to the same transport
If you want to assign move the object to the QAS then my suggestion is assign it in the same transport.
Reward if helpful.
