Adding Customer Tab in Billing Header VF03

Hi All,

Kindly help me out this, I need add a Custom tab in the Billing Header.

I searched for Exits but none Exists, Couldn't Find a BADI for it.

Please Suggest me adding an Extra Screen is possible in Billing Header VF03, and If any Badi available or how to find it..

VF03 ->give the Billing document-enter->GOTO>Header-->Header ..Here after the Header Text , the Custom tab has to appear

It would be Great if i get a solution for this.Thanks in Advance.
