adding custom fields in iw41

Dear Sap gurus,

           i have a requirement to add custom fields in IW41.please provide some sample code and suitable exits.

There is no screen exit available to create custom screen in IW41.

You may have to create a ZIW41 for adding new fields.. but that would be a complex approach.
