Adding button on application toolbar and menu option

Hi,

I have to add a button on Application toolbar of the transaction MIRO and also i have to add an option in Menu. How can i achieve it? Please help

Any help will be deeply appreciated.

search for Menu exit for that particular transaction.

and add your button and appropriate code for that.
