Adding BOM components and deleting BOM components

Hi Expertes,

My requirement is:

I am having two radio buttons and file path.

1. Adding components

2. Deleting components

if I send input file selecting adding components radio button, componentt shoud be add.

if I send input file selecting deleting components radio button ,components shoud be delete.

Please send logic
