Add a field on the Selection Screen (standard program)

We have a requirement to add a field on the Selection Screen

(standard program)

1) TCode - LB10, Program Name - SAPML02B (add a chekbox field)

It would be nice to copy a standard program and do it as well.

Is there any way to use exit? (customer exit, menu exit, screen exit etc....)
Please give me some idea, so that i can modify this program !!
