Active dialog users

If there is 2 active dialog users that have full authorizations---what can we do to fix it? what does it mean to have full authorizations?

What do "you" mean by full authorization ?

what can we do to fix it? 

We can do lot of things to fix it, but that requires you to make us understand what you are asking.

PS : You can kick those users out if they are active and "why" they have full authorization... you can remove that access

I guess i want to knwo what this means: 2 active dialog users have full authorizations, effectively breaching all segregation of duties.
