Dear Experts,
I have modified PRODHS structure by adding some more fields. While activating it is generating warning activation log, saying that there is inconsistencies in some of the other tables and some tables were adjusted and activated.

Hi rajesh ,
Goto transaction SE14.
Give the table name.
Select the option Tables and press 'Edit' pushbutton.
It will take you to another screen. The processing type by default on the new screen will be 'Direct'.
In that screen select the last tab ' Activate and adjust database '.
Your problem will be solved.

PRODHS is a standard structure which may be used by other tables.you when you modify standard structure the all the corresponding structures automatically get activated if not structure will through error messages.
Just remove the fields you have added.and append a new structure to PRODHS with all the required fields.

One question - Have you made the append structure (for the new fields) which needs to be in PRODHS or just insert directly?
Please check may be thats the issue. We need to create a append structure and then add that structure to PRODHS.Goto->Append Structure
