Activating HTTPS services causes Error message

Hi,

I am trying to activate HTTPS service in ICM Monitor GOTO > Service > Activate

and getting Operation failed message with rc=1. Any idea please let me know step by step to activate HTTPS services.

to enable HTTPS you have to do the following steps explained in this link

Thanks Raja, HTTPS is already enabled in ICM Monitor, but it was not activated, you have any idea how to actiavte HTTPS?

What is the motive behind activating HTTPS? if you can answer me this question.

Then i can help you in activating the service.
