Access to code exchange

In the past, I remember having access to Code Exchange (there I found the excellent abap2xslx package). However, when I browse to http://scn.sap.com/community/code-exchange/ I'm greeted with an unauthorized message.

How can I regain access to Code Excange?

Code exchange was closed (August 31st, 2013?) try  http://scn.sap.com/community/open-source or external sites as www.assembla.com, GitHub, www.abap2xlsx.org or similar sites..
